一、KDH-600高温合金专用非自耗真空电弧熔炼炉纽扣炉设备用途 ：
用于熔炼高熔点金属/合金，以及真空吸铸法制备大块非晶材料。适用于高校、科研院所进行真空冶金新材料的科研与小批量制备。*高温度可达3500度
二、KDH-600真空电弧熔炼炉非自耗电弧炉纽扣炉设备组成：
主要由电弧熔炼真空室、电弧枪、电弧熔炼电源、五工位水冷铜坩埚、翻转机械手、真空吸铸装置、工作气路、系统抽气、真空测量及电气控制系统、安装机台等各部分组成。
三、KDH-600高温合金专用非自耗真空电弧熔炼炉纽扣炉设备主要技术参数：
1、具有熔炼与吸铸功能，吸铸模具与水冷模具套滑配，保证冷却效果的同时，拆卸方便；
