真空感应熔炼炉

设备用途：
本产品主要供大专院校、科研单位及生产企业在真空或保护气氛条件下对金属材料（如不锈钢、镍基合金、铜、合金钢、镍钴合金、稀土钕铁錋等）的熔炼处理，也可进行合金钢的真空精炼处理及铸造。

设备特点：

1·炉体全不锈钢设计，外形美观大方，不生锈。内外抛光处理。
2·冶炼温度高，温度可达 1750 甚至以上。
3·采用磁悬浮专用 IGBT 电源，静音，熔炼效果好。
4·采用两级控制系统真空度高，可达 5.0*10-3pa。
5·采用 PLC+触摸屏的控制方式，自动化程度高，冶炼工艺可编译可储存，数据可查询可导出。

This product is mainly used for the smelting of metal materials (such as stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, copper, alloy steel, nickel-cobalt alloy, rare earth neodymium iron liniment, etc.) under vacuum or protective atmosphere by colleges, research institutes and production enterprises. It can also be used for vacuum refining and casting of alloy steel.

1. Furnace body stainless steel design, beautiful and generous appearance, no rust. Internal and external polishing treatment.
2. The smelting temperature is high, reaching 1750 or more.
3. The special IGBT power supply for magnetic levitation is used with quiet and good smelting effect.
