一、10~50kg真空感应熔炼炉设备用途：用于金属合金及其他金属等材料在真空或保护气氛下进行熔炼及浇铸之用。也可用于金属材料的精炼处理。

二、产品特点：

1、感应线圈借鉴国外感应器结构，操作方便，功率配合好，寿命长不易变形。

2、中频电源特点：

a、降低电力消耗

b、中频电源装置的输出频率随负载参数的变化而自动变化

c、IGBT中频电源装置的部件少，全集成化

d、IGBT中频电源装置采用脉冲封锁保护，保护动作快

e、本装置采用零电位启动

F、采用德国威图标准柜体，安装有真空泵的开关按纽，标准化结构，外形美观、布局合理。

3、过滤器采用德国莱宝公司结构制作，吸附力强，便于取出清理和更换滤芯。

4、炉体冷却水水管采用耐压编织橡胶软管，耐温130℃，经久耐用。（国内其他厂家一般采用塑料管，成本低且使用寿命短，耐温只有70℃，水温过高容易爆裂。）

5、我公司采用国内较先进的氦质谱真空检漏仪进行压升率检测，可保证技术指标的可信和准确，压升率指标优于国标的较小值。

4. The cooling water pipe of the furnace body adopts pressure-resistant braided rubber hose, which can withstand 130 C and is durable. (Other domestic manufacturers generally use plastic pipes, low cost and short service life, temperature resistance is only 70 C, water temperature is too high and easy to burst.)
5. Our company adopts the advanced helium mass spectrometry vacuum leak detector to detect the pressure rise rate, which can ensure the reliability and accuracy of the technical indicators. The pressure rise rate indicators are better than the smaller values of the national standard.
