IV. Quality Assurance
10.1 Out-of-factory installation and commissioning to achieve one-stop service; after installation, customers can use it directly.
10.2 The quality guarantee period is 12 months after the acceptance of equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance, and life-long maintenance. Appropriate fees will be charged one year later.
10.3 During the service period, if the user has a notice of repairs, telephone guidance within 3 hours, if the telephone guidance user can not choose to exclude, that is to arrange for staff to visit the service within 2 working days.
